My message didn't generate
Check your internet connection and try again. If you see a "too many requests" message, wait a moment and tap Generate again. If it keeps happening, email us and tell us roughly when it happened.
How do free generations work?
You get 3 free follow-ups. Regenerating or rewriting a message uses one as well. After that, FollowUp AI Pro gives you unlimited generations, regenerates and rewrites.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings in the app, tap Upgrade to Pro, then tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose FollowUp AI. You can also manage it from the App Store app by tapping your profile picture and then Subscriptions. We can't cancel subscriptions or issue refunds directly; refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your history and settings stay on your device. The text you enter is sent to an AI service only to write your message. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
